Sally K. Albrecht (*1954 in Ohio, Cleveland) ist eine US-amerikanische Komponistin.

Leben

Sally K. Albrecht wurde 1954 in Ohio gebohren. Sie erwarb ihren B.A.-Abschluss am Rollins College mit den Hauptfächern Musik und Theater und erwarb anschließend ihren M.A.-Abschluss in Schauspiel und ihren M.M.-Abschluss in Begleitung an der University of Miami (FL).

Sally, die seit 1987 jährlich mit dem ASCAP Special Music Award ausgezeichnet wird, hat derzeit Hunderte von Chorpublikationen, Liederbüchern, Musicals und Bewegungs-DVDs veröffentlicht.

Über drei Jahrzehnte lang war sie Direktorin für Schulchor-, Gesangs- und Grundschulpublikationen für zwei große Musikverlage, zuletzt für Alfred Music.

Sally K. Albrecht was born in Ohio in 1954. She earned her B.A. degree from Rollins College, majoring in music and theatre, and went on to earn her M.A. degree in acting and her M.M. degree in accompaniment from the University of Miami (FL).

An annual recipient of the ASCAP Special Music Award since 1987, Sally currently has hundreds of choral publications, songbooks, musicals and movement DVDs to her credit.

For over three decades, she was director of school choral, vocal and elementary school publications for two major music publishers, most recently Alfred Music.
